Come join us for a fun evening where you'll learn how to make Neapolitan pizzas with a True Neapolitan Pizza Association certified chef.
You’ll learn firsthand how to:
- The Neapolitan method for mixing and kneading
- Shape the dough and top it
- Fire pizzas into 900° F ovens
- Slice, top, and serve
Menu:
- Homemade Pizza Dough
- Italian Pizza Sauce
- Classic Margherita/ Pepperoni Pizza
- Dessert (Chef’s surprise)
