Pinot Noir is an ancient and wily grape variety indigenous to the region of Bourgogne in Eastern France. It is known for adapting to it’s growing environment and crafting wine which can express the nuanced differences in terroir from region to region and plot to plot. This grape has been beloved since Roman times, and for good reason – its ability to translate the land into a bottle of wine, from humble table wines to the world’s most prized bottles, is nothing short of magical.
Join Tanya Morning Star to explore in depth the nature of Pinot Noir’s shape-shifting and storytelling capabilities from the great vineyards of Bourgogne & The Willamette Valley.
6-8 wines will be tasted!
