What a great Saturday tasting! You’ll get to know Pinot in pink – from Burgundy – and red – the new vintage of favorite Bjornson Willamette Valley. Explore whites with some creamy oak from Languedoc, France, and without from Wagram, Austria. And experience what may just be the most delicious sub-$30 retail Cabernet we’ve tried in a while – from Chile!

Come by CBC this Saturday from noon – 4pm and dig into this line-up:

Dom Marcel Giraudon Bourgogne Rosé 2025 – If they made rosé in Chablis, this is what it would taste like. 100% Pinot Noir, vivid, mineral, a bit salty and all from just over the hill from Chablis.

Paul Direder Grüner Veltliner Ried Schlossberg 2024 – This would be impressive and delightful GV if it came from someone named Paul Smith. But it’s from one of our favorite (still) young winegrowers. So even better!

La Fleur Des Pins Chardonnay Pays d'Oc 2023 – Sometimes you want your value Chard to deliver not just ripe, fresh, fruit, but also a touch of oaky spice. That’s what this does with style and at a bargain price, too.

Bjornson Pinot Noir Willamette Valley 2023 – A delicious take on Willamette Valley Pinot from an outstanding vintage. Loads of black fruit and spice and a juicy, smile-inducing, finish.

Miguel Torres Cabernet Sauvignon Cordillera de los Andes 2023 – A delicious Cab that leans into the varietal’s rich red and blackcurrant fruit with wild accents of graphite, charcoal and more. Fine, firm and fun.
