Welcome to Cork&Core: Mat Pilates Class at Whitehorse Winery! Join me for an outdoor mat Pilates session at The Farmhouse located at the winery. Class is designed to strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, and leave you feeling energized. This 50 minute flow will focus on breathwork, controlled movement, and mindful alignment while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the winery.
