Champagne Pierre Paillard

Maison Pierre Paillard was founded over 200 years ago in Bouzy. Today, it is run by brothers Antoine and Quentin Paillard, the eighth generation of winegrowers. The Paillard family settled in Bouzy at the beginning of the 18th century. Historically, the family was comprised of shepherds, then innkeepers and schoolmasters. The ancestorial Antoine Paillard acquired several parcels of vines in Bouzy in 1768 becoming a viticulturist and starting the familial tradition.

Michael Seward will be joined by Nate Redner as we explore this incredible house, that we have been proudly pouring at Pops for decades.
