Cheese Pairing Perfection is a deep dive into Murray’s tried-and-tested pairing principles. You’ll taste a variety of exceptional cheeses alongside a Murray’s expert and build bites with some of our favorite pickles and briny accoutrements. It’s a delicious and lively session with helpful tips you can carry forward into all your future cheese adventures.

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.

We agree and understand that our attendance and participation at the Event is voluntary and we assume risks associated with the activity in which we will be participating. If alcoholic beverages are consumed during the Event, we understand that this may increase our risk of injury and agree not to operate a motor vehicle if we may be over the legal limit. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to provide the aforementioned waiver, release, and discharge on behalf of any attendees that I have registered for the Event.
