Chefs will be presenting rice dishes representing their various countries Chefs from Nigeria, Liberia, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Ghana and various countries from the Diaspora.

WINNER WILL BE SELECTED BY A COMBINATION OF OUR JUDGES AND THE ATTENDEES
- Attendees will help choose the winner.
- Participants with tasting tickets get to taste samples from 5 countries and score each sample.
- Attendees will score each sample from a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the top score)
