Learn to prepare traditional Sicilian dishes that highlight fresh ingredients, regional techniques, and authentic Mediterranean character. Guests are welcome to join hands-on or simply observe and enjoy the experience, with tastings of all dishes prepared during class. Drinks available for purchase separately. Each class is subject to cancellation if fewer than 8 participants register.
