At this event you will learn about different varieties of cheese, their history, what they pair with, and (most importantly) how they taste! Bring your curiosity and prepare to indulge with our selection of fine cheeses made right here in the Keystone State.
Hayley brings extensive experience as a former line cook, front of house staff, and catering manager. She has earned a cookery certificate from Demuths Cookery School in Bath, England. However, cheese is her true passion. She owns a Member Certification from the Academy of Cheese and a Cheese Scholar designation from the Cheese State University program.
