Pasta Vs. Noodles Throwdown Episode 3 : Ramen Lord Of Akahoshi

Who wins the epic debate of Pasta vs. Noodles? Each Episode of Tortello's Pasta vs. Noodles invites a different Asian take on noodles to go head to head with our Italian handmade pasta. In Episode 3, we're teaming up with legendary “Ramen Lord” Mike Satinover of Akahoshi for a dive deep into ramen.  His commitment to technique is second to none, and we are beyond thrilled to bring our shared love of the craft to you.

Guests will see demos of two ramen noodles vs. 2 italian pasta shapes - one "soup" and one "soupless" version of each - and dine on Dario, Mike and Annie's favorites. The event includes chef demos along with the following menu:
