Pasta Vs. Noodles Throwdown Episode 2 : Featuring Lao Peng You

Who wins the epic debate of Pasta vs. Noodles? Each Episode of Tortello's Pasta vs. Noodles invites a different Asian take on noodles to go head to head with our Italian handmade pasta. In Episode 2, we're teaming up with legendary brother duo Eric "Chops" Wat and Daniel Wat of Lao Peng You to dive deep into Chinese noodle techniques. Guests will see demos of two Chinese noodle/dumpling shapes vs. 2 Italian pasta/ravioli shapes, and dine on Dario, Chops and Daniel's favorites. The event includes chef demos along with a four course meal including Chinese-inspired arancine, two courses of side by side pasta vs. noodle dishes, and a Chinese-inspired panna cotta. Lao Peng You means "old friend" in Chinese - exactly how we felt from the moment we met Chops & Daniel. We know you will too!
