New Year Pasta-Making Class: Start the Year Rolling
Start the new year by learning a new skill — and who knows, chef stardom may be your next chapter. Roll up your sleeves and tap into your inner pasta pro at this hands-on pasta-making class, where you’ll focus entirely on the art of fresh pasta. From mixing and rolling dough to shaping beautiful, handmade forms, this class is all about the fundamentals.
The afternoon begins with a warm welcome of arancini and a glass of bubbles before you roll up your sleeves for a hands-on lesson led by Katie Corkum, Soda Club’s General Manager. You’ll learn the techniques behind three distinct pasta shapes, picking up tips and tricks along the way. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of pasta-making — and the confidence to keep rolling at home.
Once the class ends, we’ll transition into a relaxed, sit-down dinner to enjoy everything you’ve made.
