Spend the evening in our Pasta Room, where all pasta production happens daily. Our chef instructors have trained at internationally renowned pasta destinations including La Vecchia Scuola in Bologna before working here at Forsythia. You’ll have the chance to learn the fundamentals of pasta making under the guidance of one of our chefs while relaxing with natural Italian wines. After mastering shapes and techniques, you’ll sit down to enjoy a multicourse dinner spotlighting the handmade pastas!
