Begin your journey into the art of handmade pasta with a focus on simplicity, texture, and tradition. This introductory class explores the essentials — just flour, eggs, water, and technique — as you learn to mix, knead, and hand-shape classic ribbons like tagliatelle, fettuccine, and pappardelle. Feel the dough come to life under your hands as you craft pasta that’s rustic, delicate, and full of flavor.

Includes: Pasta dinner by Chef River with curated wine pairings

Timing: 4 hour class *Please note this will require long periods of standing on hard floors.

Theme: Basic pasta skills, learning to make pasta ribbons
