Passport to Bourgogne: A Comprehensive Burgundy Workshop
Saturday, February 21 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Join Alessandra Esteves, DipWSET, MW Candidate for a full-day, in-depth workshop dedicated entirely to Bourgogne. This comprehensive class is designed to bring clarity to Burgundy’s regions, appellations, classification system, grape varieties, and styles.
We will work region by region, tasting 18 wines and placing each one in context, from regional appellations to Grand Cru. The focus is understanding how place, hierarchy, and winemaking decisions show up in the glass. All materials are provided by Vins de Bourgogne, the Burgundy Comitte.
