Set at the pass of our stunning open kitchen, this intimate, hands-on pasta class explores the rustic beauty of orecchiette, Puglia’s iconic hand-shaped pasta whose name translates to “little ears.” Rooted in southern Italian tradition, the shape reflects the simplicity, warmth, and resourcefulness of the Adriatic coast.
Led by Executive Sous Chef Brayden Haney, guests will work with traditional semolina dough while learning the thumb-dragging technique that gives orecchiette its signature texture and ability to hold sauce. The focus is on rhythm, consistency, and the beauty of imperfection.
The experience concludes with a beautifully composed Southern Italian–inspired lunch prepared by our culinary team, paired with a welcome cocktail.
Guests leave with the pasta they’ve shaped and the confidence to recreate this timeless regional classic at home. All tools are provided. With just 10 guests per class, the experience remains intimate, immersive, and technique-driven.
