Welcome to Pairing Local Wine and Chocolate at Tangle Chocolate! Join us on March 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM for an educational and sensory experience as we pair a selection of Black Birch wines with a selection of Tangle Chocolate slivers.

What does one look for in wine and chocolate to know if they will be a good match? How do the characteristics of each product, their acidity, tannins, and origin contribute to the final flavor?

We'll be there with samples, flavor wheels and many years of experience honing our craft, you come ready to treat your palate, discover new favorites, and deepen your knowledge about both wine and chocolate.

Both chocolate and wine will be available for purchase for you to take home. Taught by the owners of Tangle and Black Birch in Tangle's chocolate factory inside a former gas station in charming Williamsburg, MA.

Free parking, for ages 21 and over, you must show an ID to attend.
