Join us for our Oyster Roast N’ Toast, a lively harvest celebration marking the release of Sterling’s newest Sparkling wine. Set against sweeping views of our caves and vineyards, this Southern‑inspired gathering brings together exceptional wine, live fire cooking, and the spirit of harvest season in Napa Valley.

Guests will enjoy raw, roasted, and grilled oysters prepared over live fire with live shucking, paired thoughtfully with Sterling wines. Our Culinary Team will collaborate on a selection of house‑made sauces to complement each oyster service, along with classic Southern‑style sides to round out the experience. The afternoon will be elevated with live music, relaxed communal setting, and the unmistakable energy of harvest kickoff.

Note: This event is located at our Estate Vineyards, and our Wine Caves upon entry to the winery. This allows us to immerse you in a full harvest experience during the duration of the event. This ticket does not include a ride our Aerial Gondola.

This event is designed as both a club celebration and a public tasting experience, highlighting one of Sterling’s most exciting releases of the year in a festive, social setting.
