Join us for the Ox & Oak Vineyards & Cold Spring Farm‑to‑Vine Dinner, a collaborative food‑and‑wine experience celebrating local agriculture and handcrafted wines. Guests will enjoy five Ox & Oak wines paired with a seasonal, farm‑to‑table menu prepared by The Farm Kitchen using ingredients from Cold Spring Farm and nearby local producers. Throughout the evening, the Ox & Oak team will guide the tasting with pairing insights, winemaking stories, and the little behind‑the‑scenes details that bring each wine to life. Menu & Wine Pairings

1st Course — Grüner Veltliner (White wine)
Snap pea & apple‑mint salad with lemon dressing
Pairs beautifully with the crisp acidity and citrus notes of Grüner Veltliner — bright, refreshing, and the perfect start.

2nd Course — Rosé (Rose wine)
Seafood pasta
Our Rosé’s delicate fruit and minerality lift the seafood and creaminess without overpowering it.

3rd Course — Grenache (Red wine)
Grilled veggie medley
