During this guided class, you’ll learn 4 truffle-forward recipes—concentrating on different ways to utilize truffles in dishes—each with a printed recipe to take home. The day finishes with a family-style truffle lunch featuring the dishes you’ve prepared. Gain the skills to use truffles at home in your everyday cooking!
