Orange Wines & Orange Rinds - Krampus Edition

It is the time of year when Krampus visits Beautiful Rind to pick the wines he'll drink after another long year of dispensing justice to evil, selfish children. Krampus will be dumping the children out of his basket and filling it with delicious skin-contact white wines from his homeland to share with adults... no kids allowed, they make Krampus grumpy.

Don't let Krampus's gruff exterior scare you. He has impeccable taste in pairing orange wines from Central & Eastern Europe with deliciously stinky cheeses. Rumor is he may even be making a special batch of Krampus schnapps to share at the end to wish you all happy Yule and good dispensing of rute & coal.

To keep Krampus in line, Beautiful Rind's cheesemongers are pairing up four orange-rinded cheeses and four orange wines from Krampus's basket. They will also be sure you learn a lot about the unique processes that give washed rind cheeses and skin-contact white wines their unique flavors.
