Cost: $30 Wine Tasting Fee
Join Fairsing Vineyard over the Easter weekend, April 4-5, and enjoy a current flight of estate-grown wines.
Pair your flight with an optional artisan Cheese Plate or with the High-Low Trio of gourmet Torres potato chips, crème fraîche, and caviar.
If a heartier option is preferred, reserve an Elevated Seated Tasting experience. This tasting pairs the current wine flight with an array of artisan cheeses, gourmet charcuterie selections, spreads, fresh fruits, and surprise delights. It's the only way to enjoy an Easter weekend.
Slow down and take in Fairsing's extraordinary views from the Cascades to the Coast Range while savoring estate-grown Pinot noir, Chardonnay, and the new sparkling 2022 Vintage Blanc de Blanc.
