For one night only, we’re going back to the roots.

This is an intimate, 8 course traditional Japanese tasting experience curated the day of the event based on the freshest fish and ingredients available. Expect a heavy focus on true nigiri, prepared simply and correctly, the way it’s meant to be eaten.

We’ll be special ordering product specifically for this menu and building each course with intention. No shortcuts. No filler. Just precision, balance, and respect for tradition.

With the recent Best Chef in Utah County recognition, the standard is higher than ever and we plan to exceed it. This will be one of those dinners people talk about for a long time.
