Larema Coffee House in Downtown Wilson is pleased to announce a series of Thursday evening dinners in the courtyard throughout the month of October 2026! The dinners will be of the Japanese “omakase” style experience, which calls upon the guest to “entrust the chef” to select the freshest, highest-quality seasonal ingredients and prepare a most delicious, one-of-a-kind meal for all to enjoy. The menu will be completely different each week, and not announced in advance of the event. The menu for all four dinners will contain none of the following common food allergies: peanut, soy, dairy, tree nuts, and shellfish. Each dinner will feature a welcoming bite followed by three courses with discussion by Chef Hayden for $50 per person, with the option to add an "omakase" beverage pairing service (alcohol or NA) by Larema Owner Kevin for $20 per person. Gratuity for quality of experience the night of will be much appreciated. Dinners will be served on October 1, 8, 15, and 22, and seating will be limited. Due to the nature of the experience, substitutions will not be possible.
