Join me for an immersive, hands-on experience where we make a luscious, sourdough focaccia that is olive oil-rich and at the same time explore the flavors of olive oil from around the world.
The first half of this class focuses on the art of bread making with a deep dive into sourdough. In the second half of class, we turn our attention to olive oil - includes tastings!

Bring one guest to share your focaccia experience. ($25) Includes bread and olive oil samples, non-alcoholic drinks, and seating. This is perfect for a spouse or child to join you in class.
