Offsuit Brings the Elementary School Book Fair Back (With Cocktails!) on February 15

 

Remember the thrill of Book Fair week? The glitter pens. The poster racks. The overwhelming sense that this paperback would change your life forever?

 

On Sunday, February 15th from 4–8PM, Offsuit is bringing it all back; this time for grown-ups.

                     

The Valentine’s Day Book Fair at Offsuit will transform the hidden cocktail bar into a full-blown 90’s-style elementary school book fair, complete with browsing tables, a pizza party, and the joy of discovering your next favorite read. Offsuit is partnering with Lovestruck Books, a local bookstore specializing in love and romance stories for everybody, and the event will feature a curated pop-up shop of swoony novels and nostalgic favorites. They’ve also partnered with Mover & Shaker Co. to design some custom stickers and pins for the event. 

 

Offsuit will be serving book-fair–themed cocktails, because adulthood means your “book money” can now legally be spent on alcohol. And in true cafeteria-core fashion, there will be a pizza party for all “students” who hit their reading goal.

 

The event is free to attend, with no reservation required, and open to anyone who still feels something when they see a laminated sign that says “BOOK FAIR THIS WEEK.”

 

Bring your inner eleven-year-old. Leave with a book, a buzz, and a pocket full of stickers.
