Chef Nicholas Saxon brings iconic seaside dishes to life as you chop, simmer, fry, and taste your way through some of the ocean’s greatest hits. From hearty chowder to bright, buttery lobster rolls, this class is all about fresh flavors, bold techniques, and breezy coastal vibes.
Here's what we're eating:
• Classic San Francisco Cioppino — shrimp, mussels, clams, and rich San Marzano tomatoes
• Creamy Clam Chowder — warm, comforting, and packed with flavor
• Beer-Battered Fish & Chips — crisp, golden, and served with house tartar
• Warm Lobster Roll — buttery perfection on a toasted bun
• Crab Cakes — blue swimming crab with lemon-caper aioli
• Fresh Baked Oysters — lemon garlic butter and quick-fire technique
• Key Lime Custard Pie — tart, sweet, and refreshing
