For this special dinner, Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja, current "Titan" on Food Network's Bobby's Triple Threat and the acclaimed chef and partner behind NYC's acclaimed Shukette, welcomes guests to an evening inspired by the flavors and family recipes that helped shape her culinary journey.

Joined by her brother, Al Nurdjaja, and their mother, JoAnn, Ayesha shares a deeply personal dining experience that celebrates the people and memories behind the food.

Together, the family presents a multi-course menu inspired by the bold Eastern Mediterranean flavors and vibrant spices that have made Shukette one of New York City's most celebrated restaurants. Drawing inspiration from the Indonesian heritage and the dishes that brought their family together, each course offers a glimpse into the culture, experiences and influences that continue to shape Ayesha's cooking today.

Thoughtfully selected wine pairings accompany each course as guests experience the warmth and hospitality that define the Nurdjaja family table. This is a rare opportunity to experience the culinary roots of one of New York City's most exciting chefs.
