Led by Chef Nadav Greenberg, the Michelin-starred talent formerly of Shmoné, Or’esh brings live-fire Mediterranean cooking to SoHo through a menu inspired by the authentic flavors and ingredients of the Levant. Created exclusively for Premier members, this special, limited seating dinner offers rare access to a restaurant already earning attention for its bold culinary point of view and distinctive use of fire. Guests will experience a multi-course menu that highlights Greenberg’s refined approach to Mediterranean cuisine, from vibrant seasonal ingredients to dishes shaped by smoke, flame and thoughtful technique.
