Designed for a small group of guests, this intimate evening offers a front-row seat as the viral private chef, food creator and cookbook author prepares and presents a multi-course menu showcasing her elevated yet approachable cooking style, elegant plating and signature dry humor.

Named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2025, Tiedemann has built a devoted following by bringing audiences behind the scenes of her culinary process. Now, guests can experience her restaurant-worthy, indulgent dishes in person, with thoughtfully selected wine pairings accompanying each course.
