Hosted by James Beard Award winner Jonathan Waxman, one of America's most influential chefs and a pioneer of California-inspired cuisine, alongside acclaimed New York chef Keith Hernandez, whose career spans some of the city's most celebrated kitchens and hospitality destinations, this elegant walk-around tasting brings together more than 12 acclaimed chefs, each serving signature dishes that reflect the creativity, craftsmanship and innovation that have earned them recognition among the industry's most respected talents.
