MAIN STAGE

Sell Smart or Sell Out: The Brand Deal Talk

With Bank of America

So, you landed that big brand deal. Now what? Come hear your favorite creators get real about what it’s actually like to work with major brands – from knowing which opportunities are a good fit to negotiating your worth and staying true to your audience. We’ll also get into what happens once the check hits, because landing a deal is just the beginning. You’ll learn how to make the most of what you earn, whether that means saving, investing, smart spending, reaping more rewards, or all of the above.

Ana Sofía Fehn, How Kev Eats, Jenn Eats Goood, Oliviatied, S Johnson Voiceovers

The Shift of Influence: Audience in Charge

Followers are a number. A community is immeasurable. These creators are growing by showing up where their communities are — Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Substack, blogs — and by treating the audience as a collaborator instead of a metric. Let’s hear from those who have listened, learned and experimented along the way – letting relationships, NOT algorithms, dictate success.

Jenn Leuke, Bobby Pombo, There’s Food at Home, Carmen in the Garden & Burrata Babe

Gut Check: FoodieCon Edition

FoodieCon’s first-ever Fear Factor–style throwdown: creators face escalating rounds of the weird, the wtf, and the “wait, is that still moving?” — let’s just say, NOTHING is off the table. This is the ultimate test to see who can ‘stomach’ anything that comes their way…

Moderated by Nigel Ng (Uncle Roger)

Second Course: Careers We Left Behind

Before the followers and the cookbook deals, these creators had entirely different careers — and none of them planned this one. Some left those lives behind, some are still living them, and all of them brought something with them. A conversation about the leap, the imposter syndrome, and how their former path helped shape this one.

Crust by Carson, Carmen in the Garden, Healthyish Foods, Marco’s World

Cheap Sweep: Ballin’ on a Bodega Budget

We build a mini bodega right on stage — shelves stocked, everything priced out — and turn creators loose in teams of 2 with $20 to blow. No stove, no do-overs, no mercy: just cold assembly and whatever twenty bucks actually buys. Sandwich, snack plate, glorious pile of chaos — the goal is to build the most impressive dish on the smallest budget. Shop fast, build faster, and prove you've got the ultimate "Best $20 in the City."

CREATORS’ CORNER

Family Style

These creators turned their families into co-stars and their heritage into content: cooking with the people who raised them (and the ones they're raising now), mining their own cultures, and shining a light on the ones that don't get enough screen time. A conversation about food as inheritance.

Cover Story: The Cookbook Chronicles

From feed to shelf — the messy, thrilling, years-long road to a debut cookbook. Signings, self-doubt, and what it takes to translate short-form magic into 200+ pages.
