In this seminar we will taste ten Roero DOCG wines — 5 Arneis and 5 Nebbiolo — in different styles (including Riserva and MGAs) and from different subareas of the appellation.
Participants will also be able to pair their wines with traditional artisanal salumi selected by the Institute for the Promotion of Italian Cured Meats (IVSI).
Whether you’ve heard of Roero or tasted the wines or not, this will be a fantastic learning opportunity and mind-opening experience
