North Fork Oyster Night

Kick off your weekend with North Fork Oyster Night at the tasting room. On the last Friday of each month from May through August, we’re welcoming Peconic Gold Oysters for a fresh, local oyster pop-up from 5–7 PM.

Enjoy freshly shucked North Fork oysters perfectly paired with a glass of your favorite wine while soaking in the early summer evening at the vineyard. It’s a simple, delicious way to celebrate the season—great wine, local oysters, and good company as the sun starts to set.

No tickets required—just come by, grab a glass, and order oysters while they last. Reservations always recommended.
