Whether you're brand new to sourdough or just looking for a fun, creative night out, this 2-hour focaccia workshop is designed to be simple, approachable, and fun!
You'll learn the basics of making sourdough focaccia and caring for your sourdough starter while creating a beautiful focaccia garden to take home and bake. Along the way, we'll walk through the process in a way that's easy to understand—no experience required.

I'm Reanna, the baker and teacher behind Re's Bread, a micro bakery in Long Island where sourdough is the star. I craft naturally fermented breads with a focus on quality and flavor, and I love teaching others the art of baking through hands-on workshops. Whether you’re a sourdough newbie or looking to refine your skills, I’m here to help you get your hands into the dough!
Each participant will receive a coupon for 10% off one regular-priced item up to $100, or 5% off one regular-priced item up to $1,000, at the shop, good for one week from the date of the class.
No experience necessary. All supplies will be provided.
It is suggested that you arrive early for your class.
