Dom Marcel Giraudon Bourgogne Rosé 2025 – If they made rosé in Chablis, this is what it would taste like. 100% Pinot Noir, vivid, mineral, a bit salty and all from just over the hill from Chablis.

Paul Direder Grüner Veltliner Ried Schlossberg 2024 – This would be impressive and delightful GV if it came from someone named Paul Smith. But it’s from one of our favorite (still) young winegrowers. So even better!

Knuttel Family Chardonnay Kate’s Pas De Deux Chardonnay RRV 2023 – Really rich, deep and authentic Russian River Chardonnay with stylish levels of cream, butter and oak, all for under $25. A very nice dance indeed.

Kellerei Kaltern Schiava Caldaro 2024 – A long-time favorite light, even chillable, red returns to form and the shop in the fresh 2024 vintage. Loads of flavor, silky mouthfeel, and just 12.5% alcohol all for a bargain, pre-tariff, price.

Di Costanzo Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Di Co 2021 – If your idea of great Napa Cab is Caymus or Artemus, this isn’t for you. But if what you like is finesse, style and food-friendly structure, this is a winner on every dimension.
