We're bringing back a favorite class of 2025 - Natural Rinds and Natural Wines! In this pairing class, our cheesemongers will guide you through our favorite ways to pair natural rinded cheeses with a wide variety of natural wines. In both cases, natural can be a confusing or misleading term, so we’ll be breaking down exactly what we mean by “natural” with rinds & wines. Join us for this informative, casual guided tasting of five wines paired with five of our favorite cheeses.
We will be diving into the wine-making & cheese-making processes that make natural rinds & wines different, and the reasons they pair so well together!
If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
