Join Kayty, hospitality educator, media contributor, and founder of Gather, for a hands-on charcuterie workshop designed to help you grow in confidence and learn practical entertaining skills you can use for years to come.

Having taught hundreds of workshops to thousands of participants, Kayty is known for creating a welcoming experience for guests of all skill levels. She'll guide you through the techniques behind the stunning boards you see on social media—from salami roses and cheese cutting to color balance, styling, and thoughtful pairing—so you can create a board you're proud to share.

Each ticket includes:

• One glass of wine or cocktail
• A disposable bamboo charcuterie board (with the option to upgrade to a keepsake wood board)
• 3 varieties of cheese
• 2 cured meats
• Fresh fruit and seasonal pairings

Guests are encouraged to order appetizers from Chenzo's menu during the workshop and will leave with a completed board to enjoy at home.
