Originally from California, Nancy Singleton Hachisu has lived in Saitama, Japan since 1988. She is a James Beard Award-Winning author of five books. She has written for Saveur, Food & Wine, Travel & Leisure, National Geographic Food, and BBC Travel and participated in the "Salt" episode of the Netflix series Salt Fat Acid Heat.

Join us for a 4-course dinner that includes a copy of Nancy's newest cookbook, The Art and Craft of Japanese Cooking.
