Finding wines that are perfect for you begins with expressing those characteristics that appeal to you most. Through a special sensory exercise and wine tasting, this course explores the key components of wine. Learn what we mean by acidity, body, tannin, sweetness, flavors and aromas – and see how these attributes manifest themselves in a selection of wines. Perfect for those new to wine or with some knowledge and looking to build upon it.
