It’s a new month, and that means seafood lovers can reel in all-new fresh-caught specials at all three valley Chula Seafood locations! The following clawsome food and beverage specials are now available throughout June at their respective locations:
Chula South Scottsdale
Dish: Crab Grilled Cheese—Lump crab, seasoned mozzarella, oregano bechamel and tomato basil jam pressed between Noble sourdough bread.
Drink: Rosemary Lemon-Limeade—A light and refreshing citrus-forward summer cocktail made with rosemary vodka, lime juice and infused simple syrup, and topped with mineragua.
Uptown Phoenix
Dish: Bahn Xeo—Featuring two savory coconut crepes filled with cabbage, onion, Korean red crab and shrimp, served with pickled carrots and daikon, fresh mint, Thai basil, cilantro and cucumbers and accompanied by nuoc cham and green leaf lettuce.
Drink: Mangonada Margarita—A bold, tropical twist on the classic margarita made with smooth Milagro Silver Tequila, juicy mango puree, lime juice, triple sec and a splash of orange juice, and finished with sweet-spicy chamoy for the perfect balance of tangy, fruity and spicy flavor.
Grayhawk, North Scottsdale
Dish: Watermelon Avocado Poke Salad—This May favorite is back by popular demand! Featuring diced watermelon, avocado and baby gem lettuce tossed in a tamari vinaigrette, topped with yellowfin tuna poke, and finished with cilantro, radish sprouts, serrano peppers, sesame seeds, sesame oil and masago. Choice of protein, optional.
Drink: Chula-tini—A tequila forward cocktail with tropical passion fruit and citrus flavors, balanced with smooth vanilla notes.
