Grab a friend, a bottle of wine, and get your tickets for a pasta class with me, Cassie Bees, at Minnows Cafe!
We will learn how to make an egg dough and work a semolina dough. Attendees can expect to bring home two boxes of pasta they’ve made themselves with directions on the best ways to prepare and serve to share. Everyone will also get their own gnoochi board so they can share their knowledge for years to come.
