Ethan Pikas of Cellar Door Provisions in Chicago will be at Mijoté on Monday, September 28, for a collaborative dinner. The menu will meld classic Mijoté with the humble, elegant, minimalistic, and soulful character of Ethan’s cooking. Like Mijoté, Cellar Door centers natural wine and changes their seasonal menu every day. We’re excited to meld the midwestern sensibility of Ethan’s cooking with our own. Reservations available Monday, September 28, 5-9 pm. See you there!
