Celebrate Lunar New Year at Kiko with a guest chef dinner experience with chef and author Melissa King, alongside Kiko’s chef Alex Chang for a two-night, multi-course dinner featuring menu highlights like Tofu with caviar, Lobster Wontons, and Shanghainese-style Beef Rib, and wine and sake pairings from Kiko’s sommelier, Lina Goujjane.

Chilled homemade tofu and Tsar Nicoulai caviar

Salt & pepper fried maitake

THIRD COURSE

Celtuce salad with sesame dressing

FOURTH COURSE

Lobster wontons with yuzu broth

Shanghainese black vinegar beef rib, market lettuces and herbs, pickled daikon

Shiso and garlic fried rice with horseradish

DESSERT

Basque cheesecake, salted duck yolk
