Get ready for an evening of exceptional wines, inspired cuisine, and the stories behind every glass. In partnership with our Wine Department, we're pleased to present two distinctive California wineries: Lupin Ranch and Stringer Cellars.

Leading the evening are Casey Stringer, winemaker for both wineries, and Chris Meyer, vintner and part owner, whose shared passion and commitment to quality have helped shape these remarkable wines. Throughout the event, they'll share insights into their vineyards, winemaking philosophy, and the unique character of each selection.

Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared multi-course dinner paired with four outstanding wines, each chosen to complement and elevate the flavors of the menu. More than a wine dinner, this is an immersive journey through craftsmanship, terroir, and the art of pairing food and wine.

ABOUT CHRIS MEYER & CASEY STRINGER OF LUPIN RANCH & STRINGER CELLARS:

Chris Meyer brings a unique perspective to the wine world, having transitioned from a successful decade-long career as a professional golfer to becoming a leader in California winemaking. As Managing Member and Director of Sales for Stringer Cellars and a partner in Lupin Ranch, he combines his passion for exceptional wine, food, and hospitality with a commitment to showcasing some of California's most prestigious vineyard sites. Working alongside winemaker Casey Stringer, Chris has helped build a portfolio of highly acclaimed wines known for their balance, elegance, and sense of place. His dedication to quality, relationship-building, and craftsmanship continues to drive the success of both wineries.

Casey Stringer discovered his passion for wine during a formative family trip to Napa Valley, where the region's vineyards, wines, and relaxed lifestyle inspired him to pursue a career in winemaking. After beginning his journey in the wine industry at a local wine shop in Wisconsin, Casey moved to California and quickly traded photography studies for hands-on winery work. Over the years, he gained experience with respected producers in Napa Valley, Oregon, and New Zealand, where he also received formal winemaking education. Today, as winemaker for Stringer Cellars and Lupin Ranch, Casey draws on decades of global experience to craft wines that showcase the unique character of California's most celebrated vineyard sites, combining precision, balance, and a deep respect for terroir.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
