Meet the sake brewers: an evening of sake, oysters, and pizza!
Join us at The Koji Club for a special seated dinner on the patio in the company of visiting sake brewers from Shichi Hon Yari Brewery and Hakuto Brewery. For many of our guests, this will be a rare opportunity to taste Hakuto, which is not currently available in Massachusetts.
We will begin the night with an oyster happy hour featuring Island Creek oysters: briny, bright, and sake's best friend. Cocktail hour includes a glass of Hakuto.
From there, guests will settle in for a multi-course pizza dinner from Pizza Project, where each course is thoughtfully paired with sake selected and poured by the brewers themselves. Expect unexpected combinations, stories from the hosts, and a closer look at how sake can move effortlessly across flavors and textures.
