Mediterranean Summer Pop Up Tasting Menu

Cost: $180

Join us for an intimate Private Chef Dinner party with Vendador, a summer evening of Mediterranean flavors at The Publishing House in the West Loop. Chef Francis Pascal reimagines cuisine from the region of his upbringing, with French, Spanish, Italian, and North African cuisine through the season's best harvest.

The evening opens with a cocktail or spirit-free beverage reception and canapés before moving into a seven-course secret tasting menu. Optional wine or spirit-free pairings are available to complement your experience.

Seating is limited to 14 guests.

About the Chef

Formerly of Japonais by Morimoto, Momotaro, and Roister of The Alinea Group, Chef Francis Pascal believes high-level cuisine shouldn't restrict anyone to the walls of a favorite restaurant. By focusing on technique, he showcases locally sourced ingredients with a relentless commitment to hospitality in Chicago's elite venues and private residences. Currently the Culinary Director of Vendador, Chef Francis was born and raised in Albania, where his experience was one of direct contact with the people who were growing his food.
