Matthew Lightner (Atera, Okta) will be joining Flynn McGarry of Cove for a one-night-only collaboration. For this dinner, we will offer both a la carte and tasting menu options.
Matthew Lightner is a Michelin-recognized American chef known for a hyper-seasonal, avant-garde approach to cooking. His work is highly creative, spontaneous, and rooted in the moment, defined by a direct connection to ingredients, agriculture, and place, and shaped by global influences from his travels.
His work has earned national recognition, including Food & Wine Best New Chef, multiple James Beard Award nominations and two Michelin stars as founding chef at Atera.
Currently, Lightner founded Lightner Hospitality, a platform for developing a new generation of concepts, including Cirque, a new wave seasonal bistrot, and Kumée, a concept centered on noodles, raw fish, vegetables, barbecue, and live-fire cooking.
