Making a good matcha latte is easy — and deeply satisfying — once you know what to pay attention to. This class offers a tea-forward approach to matcha lattes, inspired by Japanese tea culture and thoughtfully run matcha bars.

In this small, hands-on session, you’ll learn the essentials of matcha preparation and whisking, then make your own latte using a traditional bamboo whisk. You’ll also taste a small selection of carefully chosen, high-quality matcha, noticing how differences in cultivation and production show up in flavor, texture, and aroma. The focus is on balance, mouthfeel, and letting the character of the matcha come through.
