Match Market & Bar Announces Thanksgiving Prix-Fixe Menu NOV. 26

On Thursday, Nov. 26 from 4 p.m. to close, locals and guests alike are invited to MATCH Market & Bar for a wholesome scratch-made Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings. The prix-fixe menu features the following traditional holiday dishes:

 

Turkey — Slow-roasted whole turkey rubbed with a blend of fresh sage, rosemary and thyme

 

Cornbread Stuffing — Scratch-made buttermilk cornbread tossed with roasted poblano peppers, sweet corn and caramelized onion

 

Green Bean Casserole — Country-style green beans baked in a savory mushroom cream sauce, loaded with melted sharp cheddar and piled high with French-fried onions

 

Mashed Potatoes with Mushroom Jus — Yukon Gold potatoes paired with a wild mushroom and turkey jus

 

Candied Yams — Southern candied yams baked in a sweet cinnamon-sugar syrup, topped with gooey melted marshmallows and served golden brown

 

Pecan Pie with Honey Whipped Cream — Toasted pecan tart infused with a hint of dark bourbon, paired with locally sourced orange-blossom honey Chantilly cream

 

This specially crafted menu is $39 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Availability is limited and reservations are recommended.
